NS336鎳基耐蝕合金多具有奧氏體組織。在固溶和時效處理狀態下,合金的奧氏體基體和晶界上還有金屬間相和金屬的碳氮化物存在,各種耐蝕合金按成分分類及其特性如下:
Ni-Cu合金 在還原性介質中耐蝕性優于鎳,而在氧化性介質中耐蝕性又優于銅,它在無氧和氧化劑的條件下,是耐高溫氟氣、氫和的好的材料(見金屬腐蝕)。
Ni-Cr合金 也就是鎳基耐熱合金;主要在氧化性介質條件下使用。抗高溫氧化和含、釩等氣體的腐蝕,其耐蝕性隨鉻含量的增加而增強。這類合金也具有較好的耐氫氧化物(如NaOH、KOH)腐蝕和耐應力腐蝕的能力。
Ni-Mo合金 主要在還原性介質腐蝕的條件下使用。它是耐腐蝕的好的一種合金,但在有氧和氧化劑存在時,耐蝕性會顯著下降。
NS336 Ni-Cr-Mo(W)合金 兼有上述Ni-Cr合金、Ni-Mo合金的性能。主要在氧化-還原混合介質條件下使用。這類合金在高溫氫氣中、在含氧和氧化劑的、溶液中以及在室溫下的濕中耐蝕性良好。
NS336 Ni-Cr-Mo-Cu合金 具有既耐硝酸又耐酸腐蝕的能力,在一些氧化-還原性混合酸中也有很好的耐蝕性。
